Chocolate Town

Our second to last stop was to Hershey, Pennsylvania–clearly everyone drives a RV cross country just for the chance to get to Hershey, but it was more than an overactive sweet tooth drawing us there. It was the promise of some much needed QT with much beloved family. Sadly, we brought rain with us. Torrential downpour rain. Flooding rain (perhaps you heard about this?) Flooding the basement kind of rain. GOOD TIMES.

But here’s the thing–who better to have around during the suckstorm of repeated basement flooding than besties? I didn’t get any pictures of us cleaning or trying to remediate wet items because no one wants to see that and we’d rather just forget anyway. But we did have much much MUCH fun with our cousins so don’t cry for us Argentina. FUN. WAS. HAD.

For instance: the second amusement park of the trip (within 2 weeks of the first just barely giving us enough time to recover from concussions) HERSHEY PARK.

Don’t let Aunt Min fool you, she knows exactly how to ride a roller coaster.

While some of us were working, some of us were doing some pretty ridiculous playing.

Bottom line, no rain or flood could keep us down. And even if it did, here’s why we really came.fullsizeoutput_10f6IMG_6648SZqiFXQjTB+kYv2POM0yng1OD0zwnVQ56uZMEufmyfjw9yMX8PPoSEWovGgk0MRuag

Miss you already Team Kennedy. And your wet, wet basement.
