After a long beautiful drive to the Northern Coast of California, we hit redwood country. We hiked and rode a skyway through the breathtaking trees and enjoyed the sunshine and ocean. Our RV camping site that night was at Jedidiah State Park. Portions of this park were used as filming sites for the famous Ewok planet in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. It was magical to camp surrounded by these immense ancient trees. The kids used their bikes like speeders on the trails through the forest.
