But how are you getting there?

Meet Mack. Our 25’ Class C motor home for the summer. Because moving countries and selling a house and changing schools and jobs was too simple a task, we thought to spice it up a bit we’d add in a cross-country 2 month road trip. Mack came to us via one-way rental, picked up in San Francisco and destined for New York sometime around the beginning of August.

While we may seem like gluttons for punishment, the real rationale behind the RV trip was a chance to see as much country and as many people as we could before our departure. You’d be surprised how quickly 2 months fills up when you’ve got 8,000 miles to cover and never enough time to see everyone you want to. We’re using a website called Roadtrippers.com to plan the route and if I wasn’t so new to this blogging thing I’d be able to figure out how to embed the map or share a link or something. 🤷🏼‍♀️ For now you’ll have to settle for an emoji and the hope that eventually I’ll be able to do fancier computer things. If you’re desperate for the route, email me and I know I can send it to you that way…

We are making our best effort to see as many of you as possible so please be patient and know that we are gonna cram as much fun as possible into this summer!

Benander Road Trip (here, we’ll see if this works. Color me skeptical.)
