If you’ve found your way to this blog then you’re probably familiar with the story, but for  those catching up here’s the skinny. After 7 incredibly blessed years on Maui we decided it was time for our next adventure. If you recall (or perhaps it’s brand new information) Ben and I previously lived and worked in the UK in our footloose and fancy-free pre-kid days. We always knew we’d like to live abroad with a family and now the time has come.

Back in our well-rested Las Vegas days, we met a vet through a friend that lived and worked on a small island in the English Channel called Jersey. Clearly we had never heard of it. Fast forward a few years and Ben had the occasion to work there for 2 weeks in 2008 and loved it. And this is the connection that landed us back on the isle of Jersey.
